EXCURSION TO CHOKHI DHANI, SURAT
|
Learning should be through joy and funfilled activities'.
Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan organized an educational trip to Chokhi Dhani, Surat for the students of Std. I and II on 19th November 2022.
118 Students and 15 Teachers joined the Trip.
The exciting journey started with music and dance in the bus. After reaching the destination the Students and Teachers were welcomed by the Staff and offered breakfast.
The students enjoyed various rides like Horse-cart, Merry-go-round, toy-train etc. They saw and learnt how a potter makes pots from clay. There was no limit to their excitement and surprise when they saw the magic-show, puppet-show and monkey-show.
Moreover, the Students enjoyed folk dance. They also danced alongwith their friends and teachers and enjoyed a lot. All these funfilled activities alongwith delicious food, icecream and surprise gift made their day thrilling and memorable one.

Excursion To Kids City, Ahmedabad
|
Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan organized an educational visit to
Kids city, Ahmedabad for the Students of Std. III, IV and V on 19th November 2022.
232 Students and 21 Teachers joined the Trip.
It is a replica of a city with roads, vehicles and a whole lot of activities like Bank, Fire station, Science lab, Radio station, Police station, Court room and Prison, Dental as well as Medical Hospital, Theatre, BRTS, Heritage gallery, Town governance, IT centre, News room, Ice-cream factory, etc.
Kids City is located near Kankaria Lake. It's a miniature world designed for kids where children enjoyed the activities as well as got the knowledge of how the public sector organisations work.
They performed numerous activities like Fire Station, Police Station, Court Room and Prison, Theatre, Heritage gallery, Ice- cream factory etc.
In the simulated buildings, the Students got uniforms and equipments to play the roles of various occupations that adults have like Doctors, Fire fighters, Theatre Artists, etc.
It was indeed a unique experience of true learning and a memorable trip for the Students.

Excursion To Science City, Ahmedabad 2022
|
Excursion and travelling teach more than exploring the world and accumulating experiences. These experiences are rich with learning opportunities.
Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan organized an educational visit to Science City, Ahmedabad which was full of fun and learning for the Students of Std. VIIII to X on 26th November 2022.
212 Students and 20 Teachers joined the Trip.
The School always aims at learning by doing, keeping practical knowledge abreast students explored the Science City, which provided a perfect blend of education and entertainment. Laboratories and live demonstrations in Science City provided an indepth understanding of science and technology to the students.
The students visited all the galleries and observed every minute aspects of Solar system and other attractions. The excursion also promoted peer group learning which provides long time understanding.
The Students found the visit very entertaining and informative.
The trip to science city was a wonderful experience with full of knowledge of Science, Maths, Biological and much more, making science simple and interesting. Exploring unique features like Beyond Planet Earth Museum, IMAX 3d Movie, Hall of Space, Hall of Science, Mars ride etc was very exciting for students and really helps them understanding basic science. It was just a complete and Knowledgeable trip.
Students returned home with knowledge about science and technology as well as few moments spent with friends and teachers to cherish for ever.

Excursion To Vadodara 2022
|
Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan organized an educational visit for the Students of Std. VI and VII to Vadodara on 26th November 2022.
117 Students and 16 Teachers joined the Trip.
The Students and Teachers visited Vadodara city also known as the ‘Sanskari Nagri’ that reflects its rich heritage and culture and is one of the largest cities of Gujarat.
The Students went to Sayajigunj located near the Vadodara Railway Station.
They visited the Sayaji Baug, where they headed to the zoo and saw numerous species of birds as well as animals. Post lunch the Students visited other spots within the Sayaji Baug i.e. Sardar Patel Planetarium where they gained the knowledge about the universe, the moon, stars and other celestial bodies through Sky Shows.
The Students visited Vadodara Museum and Picture Gallery.
The Students and Teachers also had a fun ride of the Toy Train.

Excursion To Jodhpur And Jaisalmer
|
Experiential learning is an integral part of learner’s quest for knowledge. It not only facilitates a multi-faceted understanding but stimulates the thinking and creative abilities of the young students.
Catering to the ideals of holistic learning, the school organized seven days excursion to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer for students of Std V to Std X from 17th December 2019 to 23rd December 2019.
The students had an enthralling experience travelling and exploring the mesmerizing beauty of Rajasthan.
Students visited Mehergarh fort with intricate carvings and expansive courtyards. Umed Bhavan Museum brought students close to Rajasthani culture and provided them the glimpse of Royal life of Mewar. The visit to Bisnoi village provided insight to Rajasthani village and handicraft and at the same time acquainted them about history behind Chipko Movement.
Students were overwhelmed seeing Jaisalmer fort's massive yellow sandstone walls with tawny lion colour during the day, fading to honey-gold as the sun sets, thereby camouflaging the fort in the yellow desert. Patwaon ki Haveli and Natwar ki Haveli were feast to the eyes.
Students enjoyed Thar Desert on Jeep and Camel Safari and were delighted to see the Sun set at Sand Dunes of Jaisalmer .
The wonderful places in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer reflected glorious history, geographical features and the rich heritage and culture of our country.

Excursion for STD VIII To X
|
A child's heart not only seeks knowledge but also yearns for fun and frolic as well as learning through experience . Our school provides it's students a rejuvenating break from their regular routines through excursions.
191 students of classes VIII to X of our school went to Fossil Park and Swapna Shrushti Water Park on 1/12/18. It was indeed a wonderful day filled with fun and frolic for all.
The students were excited to see well preserved fossils of dinosaurs at Fossil Park and enjoyed age appropriate adventurous rides at Swapna Shrushti Water Park. The students thoroughly enjoyed the day with their peers and returned to the school with wonderful memories and a rejuvenated spirit.

Picnic for STD V To VII
|
Excursions provide students the chance to build closer bonds with their classmates, experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom.195 students from Std V to VII went to fun-filled educational excursion to Ahmedabad on 24/11/18. In the Fossil Park the children were introduced to wildlife and they enjoyed being a part of the fascinating world of Dinosaurs, In Heritage Car Museum students saw a fantastic collection of vintage cars of 1900 to1970 of brands like Ford, Bentley, Buick, Jaguar, Maybach and Rolls Royce.
The museum brought alive an era bygone and created a vivid picture of the glory of the past. The students visited Kankaria lake – the largest lake of Ahmedabad and enjoyed Spectacular Sabarmati Front. The excursion aimed to create awareness about the wonders of nature , appreciation of Indian heritage, environment conservation and sustainable living.

EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO RAJASTHAN
|
An educational trip to Rajasthan was organized for the students of Std V to X from 10th October 2017 to 15th October 2017. A group of 110 students accompanied by 11 teachers embarked on the journey. Educational trip of such kind give the students a chance to build closer bonds with other students and the chance to build and experience a new environment.
The students visited the beautiful Pink City, Jaipur which is steeped in history and culture where the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces. The Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar were the few places of historical importance visited by our students. The students shopped in the bustling bazaars of Jaipur famous for Rajasthani jewellery, fabric and visited a rajai factory where they learnt how famous jaipuri rajai are made.They were taken to the Kanchan Kesari Village where they experienced Rajasthani traditional hospitality and culture and relished the Rajasthan cuisine.
Educational trips like these are certainly very important for the overall development of students. It breaks the monotony of life, fills the mind with joy and makes learning an enjoyable experience. This trip was an enjoyable and an enriching experience for the students .
