Exhibition cum Sale


On October 31, 2023, Early Act Club organized a captivating exhibition cum sale featuring a diverse array of handicraft items crafted by talented students of school . The primary objective was to raise funds for organizing a Free Eye Check-Up Camp in rural areas, aligning with our commitment to community welfare.

The Handicraft Exhibition cum Sale on October 31, 2023, was not just a showcase of artistic talents but a testament to the school's commitment to community service. The funds generated will play a crucial role in providing essential eye care services to those in need. This event exemplifies the spirit of giving back and the positive impact that can be achieved through collaborative efforts within the school and the broader community.

Green Diwali with the Special Childrens


The Early Act members of our school came together to celebrate a Green Diwali with the special children at Kalrav School. This event aimed to foster a sense of inclusivity and promote environmental consciousness among the participants.

The Green Diwali celebration left a positive impact on both Early Act members and the special kids. It fostered a sense of community, understanding, and empathy. The event also raised awareness about the importance of inclusive celebrations and the role each individual plays in promoting a sustainable environment

Paper Bag Distribution


On August 28, 2023, members of the Early Act Club undertook a significant initiative by distributing paper bags to vendors in Tulsidham Market. This initiative aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and reducing plastic usage within the community.

The primary goal of the paper bag distribution was to encourage the use of eco-friendly alternatives among local vendors, fostering a sense of responsibility towards environmental conservation.

Earlyact Club installation


On 3rd July 2023, the installation of the Earlyact Club took place under the guidance of Installation Officer Rtn Yuvraj K Priyadarshi, President of the Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Rtn Amit Topiwala, Secretary of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari, Rtn Shailesh Shah, Interact Chair, and Smt Sharmila Das, Principal cum Administrator of Smt Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan.

The newly appointed leadership for the Earlyact Club includes Tisha Parmar as the Incoming President and Jatin Girase as the Honorary Secretary. This installation marks the beginning of a promising term for the Earlyact Club, fostering a commitment to community service and leadership under the guidance of esteemed Rotary members and educational leaders.

Tree Plantation


The Earlyact Club, under the esteemed presence of dignitaries including Rtn Yuvraj K Priyadarshi, President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari, Rtn Amit Topiwala, Secretary, Rtn Shailesh Shah, Interact Chair, and Smt Sharmila Das, Principal cum Administrator of Smt Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, conducted a successful tree plantation event. Children’s Day Celebration 2022 By Earlyact Club Of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan At Kalarav Special School


Members of Earlyact Club of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan celebrated Children’s Day with a difference by 'kindling the light of love and care' with the Special Children of Kalarav Special School on 14th November 2022.

The young Members of Earlyact Club had a wonderful experience by presenting various entertainment programs on the occasion to make the innocent souls of Kalarav School happy. They sang Songs like 'Lakdi ki Kathi...', Danced on 'Chota Bachcha Samjh Ke....', delivered Speech, etc. The coordinated movements and synchronised steps with the songs delighted the Special Children of Kalarav school. The Children of Kalarav enthusiastically hummed and danced with the Earlyact Club Students.

The Students of Earlyact of MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan taught beautiful Origami Articles using colourful papers like Book-Mark, Flowers etc. Watching the Kalarav Students participate and trying to learn the craft activities was a great joy.

The Teachers of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan Mrs. Anshu Kiran Shukla and Mrs. Jagruti Jadhav also interacted with the Students and Teachers of Kalarav school. The Head Principal of Kalarav school appreciated the efforts put in by the Earlyact Club Students. The program concluded with a sweet note of distribution of Chocolates by the Earlyact Club Students to the Children of Kalarav School.

The time spent with the Special Children of Kalarav School was a unique sense of satisfaction for being the reason for bringing smile of happiness and creativity on their faces.

Fund Raiser Event By Earlyact And Interact Clubs Of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan - 'Exhibition Cum Sale' Of Diwali Handicrafts


The Members of Earlyact and Interact Clubs of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan working under Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri held an Exhibition Cum Sale of Handicrafts made by the Students on 20th October 2022.

It was a Fund Raising Event aiming to support the underprivileged people of villages by conducting Free Eye Check-Up Camp and Free Eye Treatment in collaboration with Sankara Eye Hospital, Anand.

The Members of Earlyact and Interact Clubs with the help of their fellow schoolmates made and sold Diwali Festive Handicrafts like Diyas, Torans, Ready Rangolis on Cardboards, Bouquets, Pooja thalis, T-light Holders, Candle Stands...etc. and collected Rupees 20,000 approx.

The Principal Mrs. Sharmila Das and Rtn. Mr. Shailesh Shah presided the Event.
This noble endeavor of the Students - 'Exhibition Cum Sale' was supported and appreciated enormously by the Parents and Teachers.

Interact And Earlyact Clubs Meeting 2022-23


The Interact Club President Zoya Shaikh and Earlyact Club President Samriddhi Bhardwaj presided the Monthly meeting on 8th October, 2022 in presence of Shri Dhruv Raja and Shri Shailesh Shah the President and the Past President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri and Mrs. Sharmila Das the Principal of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan.

Through their engaging presentations, both the Presidents, Zoya Shaikh and Samriddhi Bhardwaj briefed about the several Projects the Interact and Earlyact Clubs have undertaken. They also exchanged their ideas of their Permanent Project - Fund Raising Through Handicraft Exhibition Cum Sale for the Eye Check-Up of the poor people.

Shri Dhruv Raja and Shri Shailesh Shah were greatly impressed by the Community Service Projects offered by the Interact and Earlyact Club members.

President Shri Dhruv Raja highlighted few interesting features of Rotary like Rotary Youth Exchange Program, Providing Basic Literacy to poor children and many more purposeful projects.

The Meeting adjourned with an optimistic note of serving the destitute and the underprivileged section of the society.

Toys Distribution By Earlyact Club In Anganwadi And Govt. Prathmik Shala


Members of Earlyact Club of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan working under Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri collected Toys from their neighborhood and School-mates.These Toys were distributed in Anganwadi of Shuklatirth Village on 5th September 2022. The small children of Anganawadi were very happy to get the Toys.

Earlyact Club of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan also conducted Toys Distribution Campaign in Government Prathmik Shala, Karod. The project was well appreciated by all the Members of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri.

Members of Earlyact Club of Smt. Webinar On Cardistry organised by BDMA


The Interact and Earlyact Clubs of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan sponsored by Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri attended the Webinar on Cardistry by Mr. Shivraj Morzaria, the first Indian to represent India in the field of “Cardistry”.

Miss Zoya Shaikh, the President of Interact Club took great pride in introducing Mr. Shivraj Morzaria, the Cardistry Artist with 9 years of experience in the unique field of Cardistry and the creator of the various concepts in the field of cardistry such as 'Cardestroy'.

Women Empowerment Project By Selling Their Hand-Made Rakhis


The Vocational Training Services by Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri help create sustainable change by strengthening the knowledge and skills of the women of the weeker section of the society.

The Interact and Earlyact Club Students of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan sponsored by Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri supported the poor and destitute women by selling their hand made Rakhis and generating ₹ 5,330 which was handed over to the President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri on 10th August 2022.

This unique endeavor was a step towards Women Empowerment for an Atmnirbhar Bharat.

The President of Interact Club, Miss Zoya Shaikh received the 'Collar of the President' from the Installation Officer Rtn. Manisha Bhatt, the AG Cluster 5 Varodara. She also inducted the other members of Interact Club and Earlyact Club.

The Chief Guest- President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri, Rtn. Dhruv Raja and the Guest of Honour Rtn. Rizwana Zamindar also inducted the new members. Several eminent officials of Rotary including Rtn. Punam Sheth, the Past AG and Past President, Rtn. Shailesh Shah, the Interact Chair, Rtn. Mrs. Sharmila Das, the Principal, Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan graced the occasion.

The Chief Guest, the Installation Officer, the Guest of Honour profusely complimented the Interact and Earlyact Clubs for their compassionate performance in every aspect. Lauding all the Community Services done so far, the Rotary Mentors were sure that the club will wholeheartedly organize and execute various service Projects for the betterment of the Society.

The new Presidents Zoya Shaikh and Samriddhi Bhardwaj of Interact and Earlyact Clubs respectively, in their passionate acceptance address, unveiled their future Projects planned in each of the avenues of service.
The program concluded with Tree Plantation Drive. Hundred saplings were planted by the Rotary Mentors and the students in the school premises.

Book Distribution By Earlyact Club

"The foundation of education is reading,” Farrell. Developing love for reading helps children as they progress through school. Having good collection of books in school library helps them to expand their knowledge and be more successful academically. Earlyact Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan expanded the collection of books in Narmada High School, Shuklatirth by donating 200 books on 21st November 2019 so that more and more students get benefited.




Sewa By Interact And Earlyact Clubs At Gurudwara

To promote the spirit of dignity of labour , the members of Interact Club and Earlyact Clubs of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan zealously participated in the community service on the eve of the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti. On 11th November 2019 enthusiastic Interact and Earlyact members got a hands-on experience of doing various Community SEWA activities at Gurudwara which ranged from helping the kitchen staff in preparing chapatis, serving food to devotees, washing the utensils, arranging shoes on shelves etc.. The experience taught the students that “We have two hands - One to help ourselves and the second to help others. Without a sense of caring there can be no sense of community.”




Musical Presentation On Water Conservation By Earlyact Club

In an effort to spread awareness about Water Conservation, a Musical Campaign was organised by the members of Earlyact Club on 21st August 2019 at Prathmikshala in Maktampur, Bharuch. The students were made aware of the ways to save water through Song , Kawwali and Rap.
Through the innovative musical awareness techniques, the Earlyact members appealed to each and every participant to register their contribution in the conservation of water which is depleting at an alarming rate.
The program was graced by Shashan Adhikari Shri Nishant Dave, Administrator of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan Smt. Nikki H Mehta, President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari Shri Shailesh Shah, School Coordinator Rtn. Smt. Hemuben Patel.




Exhibition Cum Sale of Handicraft Articles by Earlyact Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan

The Club aims to nurture in its members philanthropy and the spirit of caring for the less fortunate. Fund Raising Exhibition for Community Drives was organized by the Earlyact Club on 31st July 2019. Wide range of handicraft articles prepared by the students were put on sale in the Exhibition. The money collected would be used to bring memorable moments in the lives of less privileged people of our society. Earlyact Club members religiously follow the maxim of 'Do what you can to show you care about other people, and you will make the world a better place'.




Installation Ceremony Of Earlyact Club 2019-20 of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan

The Installation Ceremony of 'Earlyact Club' was held on 24th July '19. President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri Shailesh Shah, Principal Sharmila Das, Secretary Ramakant Bahurupi, Rtn. Shilpa Bahurupi, Rtn. Kishori Pathak, Principal J B Modi Vidyalaya Falguni Naik, Incharge Radha Bal Vatika Jasmine Modi graced the occasion. The function started with prayer by students to invoke divine blessings. The outgoing President Het Radia gave a review of club's activities during 2018-19 and aquainted the audience about his experience. The incoming President Kahan Ramani and the other members of Earlyact Club were inducted by the Installing officer Shailesh Shah by administering Oath and awarding them Badges. The incoming President Kahan Ramani gave an insight of the projects which will be accomplished by the team. Installing Officer Shailesh Shah motivated the students and highlighted the initiatives taken by Rotary Club on Bharuch Narmada Nagri for the upliftment of the society. Principal Sharmila Das appreciated the Earlyact Club 2018-19 for their wonderful service projects and elucidated the roles and responsibilities of the members of Earlyact Club 2019-20. The function ended with Birthday Celebration and vote of thanks by Secretary Priyam Chovatia.

Tree Plantation Drive By Earlyact Club Of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan

Earlyact Club carried out 'Tree Plantation Drive' at Outskirts of NH-8, Bharuch on 24th July 2019. The saplings were planted by President Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagri Shailesh Shah, Principal Sharmila Das, Secretary Ramakant Bahurupi, Rtn. Shilpa Bahurupi, Principal J B Modi Vidyalaya Falguni Naik, Incharge Radha Bal Vatika Jasmine Modi, Earlyact members and their mentor teachers. All showed great enthusiasm in planting the saplings and took a step towards protecting the environment.




Book Donation Campaign

Earlyact Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan donated Books to the less privileged children as a step towards charity and to illuminate the community with the light of Education. They collected books of various subjects from their schoolmates and gave them to the Principal of Narmada High School, Shukltirth.




Free Eye Check Up Camp By Earlyact Club

Free Eye Check Up Camp was organized by Earlyact Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan on 20 January 2019 in Amod, Gujarat, in collaboration with Shankara Eye Hospital, Anand. People especially villagers in and around Amod, poured in for the early detection of any kind of visual disorder. Students assisted the doctors and the para-medical staff in registration and eye check-up. The money spent to conduct the eye check-up camp was raised by the students themselves.They organized a fund raising Exhibition Cum Sale of the handicrafts by students.




Clothes Donation By Early Act Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan

Clothes are our basic necessity, however, some amongst us don’t even have the privilege of owning clothes to protect their bodies to endure the climate. This point becomes even more critical when it comes to rural areas. In order to tackle this problem to some extent, Earlyact Club of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan collected clothes from their school mates and as a first step to its Cloth Donation project carried out used but wearable clothes (in good condition )donation drive in the slum areas of Bharuch on 4th February 2019. The students segregated the clothes into separate categories to ensure better organisation and easy distribution.




Exhibition cum sale

Early Act Club always tries to spread happiness in the life of needy and underprivileged section of the society. An endeavour in this direction was Exhibition-Cum-Sale stall of Diwali handicrafts of various products like Candles, Diyas, Pooja Thali, Envelopes,Rangolis and decorative paper bags made by the students from Std IX to XII. Money collected from the Exhibition will be used to organise community oriented program in collaboration with Rotary club of Narmadanagri.




Seminar on Potable Water Management

Water is necessary for the sustenance of human life. While the supply seems abundant, water is not a limitless resource, particularly the fresh potable water which is most necessary to human survival, without conservation efforts, this vital supply of water may be exhausted. With this objective, the Early Act Club conducted a Seminar on Potable Water Management for the students on 21 AUG 2018




Raksha Bandhan Celebration with the Girls of Prathmik Kanyashala

Unlike students who study at private schools, those who come to study at government schools do not experience the joy of celebrating festivals with their fellowmates. With the aim to bring happiness and smiles on the faces of the girls of Prathmik Kanyashala, the Earlyact Club celebrated Raksha Bandhan by distributing food on 24TH AUGUST 2018




Tree Plantation By Early Act

Opportunities for enrichment give children a sense of accomplishment and self esteem, with this objective Early act Club of the school initiated Tree Plantation Drive in the school premises in collaboration with Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari. The Early act members rendered their zealous support for the environmental cause which is the need of the hour.

To promote global fraternity and social commitment among students of middle section, Early Act Club of the school was installed under the aegis of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari on 25th July'2018.
The Early Act oath was administered by Rtn Piyush Nathwani, the President of Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmadanagari. The gracious presence of Rtn Shailesh Shah and Rtn Nirmal Singh Yadav inspired the students to be more inclined towards serving the society for a better future.
