The seeds of public welfare germinated during schooling :-
1942 : left studies to join various movements prescribed by Gandhiji for the freedom movement
1946 : Met Madam Monetsary whose education system left deep impact on her.
1948 : She was appointed in Arthur Jail to educate women inmates.
1949 : Was appointed as Principal in Shishuvihar Institute in Andheri Mumbai.
1945- 1960 : Arranged Training camps for women in Congress Seva Dal , Arranged Raas-Garba Competitions. In 1957, 1959 Anand, 1961 Vadodara) as a Part of Cultural Activities of Gujarat state.
1971-1982 : Secretary ( Sabhya Sachiv ) in Social Welfare Board Gujarat State.
1990 : Onwards Member of Committee For National Association for blind s and organized development Activities for them.
Her contributions to Bharuch district cultural/ Social Service / Literature / Art/ Sport
1952 : Joined Pujya Vinoba Bhave in his Foot march (Padyatra) To Bihar in his Bhoodan.
Played an important role in Gujarat Seva Dal Activities and handled women head responsibility and organized training camps.
1956 – 1996: Head of Advisory Committee in Nari Sanrakshan Centre and served deprived women.
Till 1969 , Served as Presiden t of Bharuch District women’s wing and organized conferences and training camp for women .
1969-1992 : Established 100 Kindergarden, Girls Committee Mandal and Women Committee under Bharuch district women’s development Sangh.
1971-1972 and 1997 -1998 served as the President of Innerwheel Club, Bharuch
1974-1995 : Distributor and Agent of Bharat Petroleum.
1989 onwards as head of Bal Kalyan Sangh at Bharuch branch arranged training camps for Aganwadi Women and guided them at Nikora, Dist. Bharuch
Started training Centre for mentally challenged children’s education and served as Vice President of “Kalrav” Since 1990.
In 1970 Naramada Mahila Industrial Co-Operative Mandal was started in Bharuch and today She is the Vice President in the same.
1991 to 1997 served as member of mahila Surksha Committee.
