Catalyst - The Future Exhibition was organised at SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan in collaboration with Homi Lab on 1st October 2024.

The event saw participation from 50 schools and 120 students across two categoriesβ€”Category 1 (Std VI to VIII) and Category 2 (Std IX to XII). The innovative projects from students captivated the large number of visitors in attendance.

The Chief Guest Mr. Ashok Barot, Chairman, Nagar Pallika School Board Bharuch, and Ms. Gunja Kapoor delivered inspiring speeches to officially open the exhibition. A prestigious panel of judges, including professors and national award-winning teachers, evaluated the exhibits.

The valedictory function was graced by Shri Dharmesh Mistry (Chairman, Standing Committee, Jilla Panchayat, Bharuch) , Shri Dharmendrasinh Mahida ( eminent social worker), Shri Jugal Kishor Ruia (Trustee, Sanskar Bharati), and other distinguished guests. The Best School Trophy was awarded to Bal Bharti Public School in Category 1 and Queen of Angels Higher Secondary School ICSE along with SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan in Category 2 for their exceptional projects!

SMCP Students Excel at CBSE Regional Yoga Competition

Students of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan showcased an exceptional performance at the CBSE Regional Level Yoga Competition held in Sagor, Madhya Pradesh. The prestigious event saw participation from top teams representing Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, creating a highly competitive atmosphere.

Amidst this tough competition, Vansh Saini, a student of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, made a remarkable achievement by securing the bronze medal, adding yet another feather to the school's cap.

SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan Kho Kho Teams Triumph at Regional Tournament

The Kho Kho teams of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan showcased outstanding performances at the Regional Level Kho Kho Tournament held from 6th September 2024 to 8th September 2024. The tournament saw participation from multiple schools from Rajasthan, Gujarat,Daman and Dadar and Nagar Haveli, with teams competing in the Under-14 Boys, Under-17 Boys, and Under-17 Girls categories.

SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan's teams demonstrated exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament. Their relentless efforts paid off, as all three teams secured the First Position in their respective categories:

- U-14 Boys: Dominated the competition with a series of thrilling matches.
- U-17 Boys: Showcased excellent coordination and sportsmanship to claim victory.
- U-17 Girls- Exhibited remarkable agility and strategic gameplay to emerge victorious.

As a result of their stellar performances, all three teams have qualified for the *CBSE National Level Kho Kho Tournament*, scheduled to take place in October 2024.

The success of the teams is a testament to their hard work and the dedicated guidance of their coaches Ms Kesha Patel, Mr Mahendra Patanvadiya and Mrs Jagruti Jadhav. The entire SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan community celebrates this proud moment and wishes the teams the best of luck for the upcoming national-level competition.

Duva Modi, a student of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, was felicitated by Collector Shri Tushar Sumera and other ministers during the district-level Independence Day function organized in Hansot. Durva was honored for her exceptional dedication to the environment, having planted over 500 trees within a year.

In recognition of her efforts, the District Magistrate and Collector have nominated Durva for the prestigious Sanmanit Award, which will be presented in the presence of Shri Narendra Modi and conferred by the President.

Students of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan showcased exceptional talent and brought laurels to their school by delivering outstanding performances at the Block Level Yuva Mahotsav, held at Rungta Vidya Bhavan.

School Cricket Team Triumphs in District Cricket Tournament

The school cricket team achieved a remarkable victory, lifting the Champions trophy in the District Cricket Tournament organized by the Bharuch Cricket Association . Outshining 20 teams, they displayed exceptional skills.

Notably, the team secured individual honors with the Man of the Match, Best Bowler, and Best Batsman trophies. To add to the triumph, the team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000.

Krupa Mahendra Prajapati of Smt MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan was felicitated at Bharuch District Independence Day Celebration by Bharuch Collector Shri Tushar D Sumeira and MLA Shri Arunsinh Rana.

She was honored for her selection by BCCI from Gujarat for the U-15 Women's Cricket Trophy Season 2022-23. This recognition highlights her talent and dedication in the field of cricket.

YOUTH PARLIAMENT (INTERSCHOOL COMPETITION)

Smt MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan achieved remarkable success by winning 'The Best School' trophy in the Bharuch Youth Parliament organized by the Rotary Club of Bharuch from 11th August 2023 to 13th August 2023 ,outshining 27 participating schools.

Devanshi Dangarwala of Std X was honored with The Best Delegate Award, while Daivik Gadhvi of Std IX received The Best Parliamentarian Award. Additionally, Kahan Ramani of Std X and Kanishka Chotani of Std IX were recognized with a Special Mention Award for their outstanding performances.

'Walls - A Canvas For Awareness And Change'

"The burst of colours on wall and wise words on it can definitely attract a passerby!" Such an Artwork can definitely be used as a means of Social Change.

The Std. IX and X Students of SMCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan took an initiative of using Art as an effective medium for raising awareness among the Students, Parents and other Visitors by drawing Colourful Posters on the Walls of the School on 17th and 18th April 2023. They portrayed illustrious Paintings on various social concerns like Cleanliness, Reuse Reduce Recycle, Conservation of Energy, Protect Environment, etc.

The Students also made the walls speak about Values like Respect, Caring and Sharing, Obedience, Truth, Hard work, Loyalty and many more.

This Beautification combined with Sustainability Drive was appreciated by all.

GNFC Science Exhibition 2022

Science exhibition is an interface of science and society and it contributes towards creating awareness about science as well as creating enthusiasm in students.

A Science Exhibition was organized on 17th and 18th December 2022 in the GNFC Science Community Centre. The Students of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan participated in all the events enthusiastically.

The objective of the Science Exhibition was not only to inculcate a scientific attitude and research- mindedness among Students but also to enhance Student’s interest in science and technology. The students showcased static and working models, which could be used for teaching and learning scientific concepts.

Along with Science Projects, many more Competitions were also held such as Drawing, Poster Making, Group Discussion, Do it yourself, Robo Race, Origami, etc. The motive of these events were to enhance the talent, ability and creativity among the students.

Yoga is the conjunction of mind and body which incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, and stretches to allow stress reduction, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Students of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan participated at District Level Yoga Competition on 21st August' 2022. Exquisite Yoga postures were exhibited by the students. They moved their flexible bodies from one pose to another effortlessly and seamlessly.

Benevolent And Kind Hearted 'Durva Modi' Becomes An Inspiration For All

'A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees.'

Durva Modi, a student of STD III at Smt. Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan has displayed her extraordinary social commitment through her generous act of charity.

In an endeavour to illuminate the lives of underprivileged students through eternal flame of education, Durva went door to door to raise funds to pay the fees of underprivileged children so that their Education goes on uninterrupted. She collected β‚Ή 22,000 and handed over the amount to the authorities of MTM Girls High School, Ankleshwar on 15th August 2022 thus celebrating 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' in a true and unique way.

The Superintendent Of Police, Bharuch Dr. Leena Patil felicitated little DURVA MODI for her noble work.

Durva's benevolent gesture to bring about positive changes in the lives of the poor students on 75th Independence Day - 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' has set the milestone for others to follow.

Freedom Cup Debate Competition 2022

Interschool Debate Competition - 'Freedom Cup 2022' was held at Chandrabala Modi Academy Ankleshwar on 17th August 2022. 12 Schools and 36 Students from all over Gujarat participated in the Debate Competition - "Breaking Rules For Breaking News".

Aesha Trivedi (Std. X) spoke eloquently and bagged the First Position - Against the motion
Kshitij Gurumoorthy (Std. XII) answered a volley of questions from both the sides and the Judges and was declared the 2nd Runner Up in the Rebuttal Round.

Youth Parliament (Interschool Competition)

Students of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan participated in Youth Parliament on June 25th & 26th organized by Inner-wheel Club, Bharuch. Spelling Bee is a competition in which contestants are asked to spell a broad selection of words, usually with a varying degree of difficulty. To compete, contestants must memorize the spellings of words as written in dictionaries, and recite them accordingly.

Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan Shines With Four District Level Winners Of Gujarat STEM Quiz

STEM Quiz is an initiative of GUJCOST (Gujarat Council Of Science &Technology) to encourage the students to explore Science, Technology, Engg and Maths. The Top 10 Students (who scored the highest marks) from each District were declared as the District Level Winners in the STEM Quiz.

Anshul Patel (XII), Sudipta Bala (XII), Siddh Patel (XI), Nancy Shahdadpuri (IX) Of Smt. MCP Sanskar Vidya Bhavan stood among the Top Ten Scorer and were declared the District Level Winners.

All the District Level Winners were felicitated with a Merit Certificate and a Tablet at the Grand Finale Of Gujarat STEM Quiz Program in Vigyan Bhavan at Gujarat Science City, Ahmedabad on 6th March 2022. The district winners would be invited to a boot camp on emerging technologies in near future.

Displaying great zeal and confidence, Master Aryan Sameer Gadhvi of our school is on the way to make his dreams a reality. He had participated in Open Bharuch District Table Tennis Tournament 2021 organised by Bharuch District Table Tennis Association (BDTTA) held on 19th December and secured the position of Runner up in the category of Boys/U/13/single. Success is a journey not a destination, and he will surely add more accolades to the school as well as his sports career.

Interschool Competition At BDMA

β€œTell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."

Students learn by doing. For that it is mandatory to involve them in Extra-curricular Activities. To motivate the students, Bharuch District Management Association (BDMA) under its Student Forum, had organised Online Interschool Competition- "Art: The language of feelings" in June 2021.

The competition comprised of two sections-
1) Drawing Cartoon on- "Effect of pandemic on our lives."
2) Making a Video/Gif on- "Positivity: the best remedy to Covid-19.”

Young Maestro Of Smt. Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan Outshines With First Position in State Level "Classical Vocal Music" Competition

Kanha Kalapi Buch of standard VIII, the Crowning Glory Of Smt. Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, stood FIRST in entire Gujarat (at STATE LEVEL) in the Mobile to Sports - β€œClassical Voice Music” Competition organized by the Commissioner of Youth Services and Cultural Activities, Gandhinagar, under the auspices of the Department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities, State of Gujarat, Gandhinagar held on 8 January' 2021 at Varodara.

Kanha who has been passionately learning Classical Music from a very tender age of 6 years, ranked first at the District Level in online recording and video submission. He was selected among the 10 finalists at the State Level.

Out of the 10 contestants in the State, Kanha Kalapi Buch made a notable mark with his legendary voice, singing style and enthralling performance and is crowned the Emperor of "Classical Vocal Music".

'Our Young Teressa - Durva Modi'

'Not He, Who Has Much Is Rich But He Who Gives Much...... '

The idea of ​​the pain of not being clothed in the scorching heat of Summer shakes you. Such a plight shook the heart of a six-year-old girl Durva Modi and she became an Angel for the children of a working-class family who were exposed to the scorching heat amid the Corona epidemic.

The first three phases of lockdown had shut down businesses and jobs, leaving working-class families unemployed. In times of unemployment they depended on rations provided by the administration and charitable organizations.

The 6 years old, Durva Modi studying in Std. I at Smt. Maniba Chunilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, Zadeshwar, saw photos of children walking around with their bodies exposed on Social Media. Her heart ached and she decided to help the children. Durva collected clothes and shoes from her brother Prachit and other friends and reached the labour camp on the National Highway with her mother.

The children of the labourers were overjoyed to have clothes and food and shoes.

In this time when working families are in dire need of help, children like Durva Modi are still keeping humanity alive with their extraordinary act of generosity.

Spelling Bee International Award Ceremony

Spelling Bee International prepares students for their academic and career success with an expensive vocabulary in English which guarantees a superior understanding of other subjects and creates access to all the world's knowledge. The Felicitation Ceremony

Smt. Maniba Chunnilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan organised the Felicitation Ceremony on 29th April 2019 to honour its student Master Dhanesh Haresh Khatwani who is popularly known as the Calendar Boy. The Function was a continuation of the school tradition which believes in recognizing the efforts of the assiduous students with their multifarious endeavours, aspirations and triumphs.
The esteemed guests for the occasion were Shri Pushpaben Patel The Managing Trustee Sanskar Bharti Trust , Mrs. Nikki H Mehta The Administrator Smt. Maniba Chunnilal Patel Sanskar Vidya Bhavan, Master Dhanesh Khatwani , Mrs and Mr Haresh Khatwani the proud parents of the wonder boy .
In her welcome address, the school Principal Mrs. Sharmila Das emphasised the school's role in motivating and providing a congenial atmosphere to Master Dhanesh which has led him to the path of stunning victories. She applauded Dhanesh on his success and evoked the nostalgic memories linked to his early childhood. Shri Pushpaben Patel the Managing Trustee of Sanskar Bharti Trust felicitated Master Dhanesh with the Citation and also presented him the idol of Goddess Saraswati as the token of best wishes and blessings. The school acknowledged the noteworthy role of the parents Mrs and Mr Haresh Khatwani with memento.
The ceremony was well punctuated with elegant dance performances by Dhanesh’s class mates and a melodious motivational song by his teachers. The ceremony ended with the National Anthem.
