Grievance Redressal Committee
Keeping the CBSE guidelines in view, SMCP SANSKAR VIDYA
BHAVAN has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee.

PROCEDURE FOR APPROACHING COMMITTEE
The Grievance Committee addresses issues related to any form of grievance within the school. This procedure applies to all students, staff, and faculty members.
A complaint regarding grievance may be lodged by the affected individual or their parents/guardians. The complaint must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Head of the Grievance Committee. If the complaint is made to any of the Committee members, they are required to forward it to the Committee Head and the Principal for further action.
The Grievance Committee will hold regular meetings to discuss action plans, review potential cases, address queries, and provide updates. These meetings will be supervised by the Principal to ensure the effective implementation and progress of the measures undertaken for a supportive and respectful school environment.
